Dr. Taiyong Cao Gymnastics head Coach and Tai Chi Master

Coach Tai has been involved in gymnastics for 53 years. He has done gymnastics competitively from elementary school through college. Dr. Cao has a Masters Degree specializing in gymnastics from China. He taught and coached gymnastics to undergraduate and graduate students in China for 7 years before coming to the US in 1992. In 1996, Taiyong got his doctoral degree in Physical Education. During the past 20 years in the US, Dr. Cao has touched the lives of gymnasts of all ages, from as young as 1 year old to adults. He also trained many USAG state, regional, and YMCA national champions. Dr. Taiyong Cao is a registered USA Gymnastics Professional member since 1996. He is USA Gymnastics Safety Certified, Meet Director certified, Professional Development Program(PDP) Certified, and a certified Skill Evaluator. Mr. Cao also has national level judging experience in China.

Kathleen Peng Pre-school gymnastics instructor, gymnastics Team Assistant coach, Tai Chi and Chinese Instructor.

Kathleen has worked with children for 19 years being a math teacher, bilingual tutor, an ESL teacher’s aide, and is now a gymnastics coach. Since her family started Gymlingo in 2006, Her role was managing the gym. and being an assistant coach for Team 2-5 and preschool coach. She has participated in USAG training, so gymnastics has become her new passion. She enjoys working with young children. Her class size is 5- 8 students. Beside the gymnastics classes, she teaches Chinese Mandarin language. She married to Tai for 37 years and have two daughters.

24'x72' Spring floor,  balance beam,  rings,   single bar,  parallel bars,   rope, uneven bars, Tumble Track, and many different shapes of mats specifically for young children.
